Man Killed in Gas Station Shooting Identified

Raytown, MO – A man killed in a shooting at a Raytown gas station has been identified. Marlin D. Williams, a 24 year old Kansas City man has died as a result of the shooting Saturday night, 11-19-16, which occurred in the 5200 block of Blue Ridge Cutoff. 

Police were called at about 7:09 p.m. Saturday night regarding the sound of shots fired. Officers arrived and found two men that had been shot, in the lot. Both men were transported to a hospital. Williams was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other man remained in stable condition at an area hospital. 

No arrests have been made in connection to the incident. The investigation was ongoing.
