Raytown SWAT Team Responds to a Potential Barricaded Suspect

 

 

Raytown, MO – On Friday evening (6-2-17), at about 7:30 P.M., Raytown Police saw a man in the 11400 block of East 58th Terrace that was thought to have an arrest warrant for a serious felony crime. The man retreated into a residence and shut the front door refusing to talk when the officers attempted to speak with him. Officers set up a perimeter around the residence and requested the Raytown SWAT and Crisis Negotiations Teams respond to the scene. When Officers learned that no warrant was outstanding for the man, all of the Police operations were ended and Officers left the scene. No entry was made into the residence by Police and no arrests were made.
